  • I personally know of many people in my life who seem to be sick all the time. From virus and bacteria to allergy reactions, implementing the proper nutrition can have a significant impact on bolstering your immune system and how it responds to foreign invasion on the cellular level.

  • All of our organ systems are linked together. So when our digestive system is suffering so do our other organs. Figuring out what foods work best for your body can be overwhelming, but finding the right foods for you is not impossible. Sometimes it takes some extra guidance with a systematic approach.

  • Are you someone who seems to tweak muscles easily or takes forever to heal from an injury? Nutrition plays a crucial aspect in overall health of your soft and hard tissues as well as the quality and duration of recovery. Dialing in your nutrition will help you keep doing the things you love with the people you love.

A majority of the protocols out there focus on calorie restriction which can lead to rapid weight loss but often leaves people right back where they start, more frustrated than ever. While my approach is more of a marathon than a sprint, I will be setting you up for long term success. My focus will be on maximizing the health of your body’s systems through nutrition. While we focus on your health the weight/body composition, changes will follow.

  • Chronic and metabolic diseases can have significant detrimental effects on quality of life. I’ve witnessed others suffering in my life and how helpless it can leave you feeling. Whether you are trying to prevent these diseases or are trying to figure out how to best navigate these functioning with these diseases, functional nutritional practices can be an invaluable tool.

  • Whether you are a youth athlete or a professional competing at the highest level, performance matters. While your coaches may know exactly how to train you physically and mentally, athletes are often left to figure nutrition out for themselves. Athletes have so much to gain from a solid understanding of how nutrition can benefit them.

  • Some people may want to start eating healthy but don’t know where to begin. Others may feel relatively healthy but want to take their health to the next level but don’t know what to focus on. That’s where I come in! I will help assess your current health and assist you in understanding how to reach your goals.

  • While your baby is starting to grow, it is extremely important to bolster your diet to support the health and development of your baby. If you plan on breastfeeding your newborn, your nutrition continues to be doubly important. Breast milk quality is directly linked to the health and diet of the babies mother. I will be able to guide you as you work to optimize your babies health and development during those crucial natal and newborn years.

I believe that quality of life is extremely important. It’s my goal to help as many people as possible to continue doing what they love for as long as they can.
